The TITON toner technology, with no liquid components, stands out as the safest digital printing method for food packaging, even when paper is the primary barrier. Its odorless and tasteless nature ensures it won’t interfere with the consumer experience, making it ideal for a wide range of applications involving both indirect and direct food contact.

Additionally, TITON toner offers exceptional durability against scuffing, scratching, water, sunlight, high temperatures, and many liquid chemicals—all without requiring protective layers like varnish or lamination. Notably, it withstands heat-sealing temperatures of up to 220-260°C (428-500°F), crucial for preserving packaging integrity and product safety.
